Get to know Lakeview South.

  • The Vibe: Nature-loving, fitness-focused, cool crowd who likes the best out of life

  • Don’t Miss: 2d Restaurant, North Pond Nature Sanctuary

Whether you want to watch the wildlife (Bill Jarvis Bird Sanctuary), walk your wildlife (Belmont Harbor Dog Beach), or experience the wildlife (Belmont Harbor Boat Docks), Lakeview South is a great neighborhood. Tree-lined streets boast turn-of-the-century architecture (some available to rent, conveniently), and unique businesses and restaurants are everywhere. There is also no shortage of entertainment — improv, theater, and live music venues are all short walks away. Multiple transit options to downtown and nearby conveniences make this an easy neighborhood to not have a car.
