Adjacent to Wrigleyville, Northhalsted, and the lakefront, Lakeview North is central enough to walk to a Cubs game, bike to a beach, and frequent a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Tree-lined streets with lake breezes make for nice walks, and everything is nearby — there is little need for a car. Gallagher Way, Wrigley Field’s new outdoor event space, hosts the Christkindlemarket and a skating rink in the winter and outdoor movies, a French Market, and a variety of other events on non-game days in the summer, making it an outdoor entertainment destination year-round. Boating, biking, beaches (including a dog beach), and parks are all just steps away along the lakefront.

Restricted animals that may not visit or be maintained in the Leased Premises include, but are not limited to: tarantulas, piranhas, reptiles (snakes, iguanas), ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, nor birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws).
Restricted dog breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow chows, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dogs, any wolf hybrid, or any hybrid of mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breed.
