Petar Trgovcic

Supera Super, 8 years

Everyday I check that my buildings are clean and tidy, they are smelling nice, and that they are full of light.” — Petar

Petar is the best. I always see him vacuuming, sweeping, or taking care of something, yet he always makes sure to take the time to stop and talk. From the beginning, he has always remembered my name.” — Resident

Whether you want to watch the wildlife (Bill Jarvis Bird Sanctuary), walk your wildlife (Belmont Harbor Dog Beach), or experience the wildlife (Belmont Harbor Boat Docks), Lakeview South is a great neighborhood. Tree-lined streets boast turn-of-the-century architecture (some available to rent, conveniently), and unique businesses and restaurants are everywhere. There is also no shortage of entertainment — improv, theater, and live music venues are all short walks away. Multiple transit options to downtown and nearby conveniences make this an easy neighborhood to not have a car.
