We are a pet-friendly community. Pets are limited to two per apartment. Dogs max weight is 60 lb; dogs are not permitted in studio apartments.
Restricted dog breeds include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chow Chows, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dogs, any wolf hybrid, or any hybrid of a mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds.
Restricted animals include, but are not limited to, tarantulas, piranhas, reptiles (snakes, iguanas), ferrets, skunks, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, or birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws).
